Phoenix Piano Lessons proudly presents David!

David believes that his greatest gift is in connecting with young people and adults and working to find the method and connection that works for each individual in their own learning. There are many musical performers, but few have the gift to motivate a student to learn for the joy of learning.

He began my musical career at age 7 and continued with lessons for 13 years.

  • BA degree in Music and Education from Concordia College, Moorhead Minnesota.

During his 35 years of experience he founded two international music organizations that have performed in over 50 countries in addition to private teaching in both voice and piano. Many of David's students have gone on to pursue their own careers in music, both as performers and as teachers.

He teaches with his wife, Gloria, past State President of the Minnesota Federation of Music Clubs and Director of International Music for the National Federation of Music Clubs. Their youngest son Daniel, a graduate of Greenville College, Greenville, IL (majors in music and business) has also joined their teaching studio.

Experienced with children, teens, and adults, David teaches beginning through advanced students. All lessons are tailored to meet individual student needs. David, Gloria, and Daniel teach in several locations throughout the Phoenix Metropolitan Area.
